Grant Research – We access subscription-based databases to identify the latest grant opportunities that match your organization’s needs.

Free Consultation – We meet with your designated representative(s) to determine grant feasibility (review grant eligibility criteria and your company’s infrastructure i.e., sam.gov registration, 501C3 approval and all other required eligibility criteria).

Proposal Writing – Our professional proposal writing team has over fifty (50) years’ experience in grant proposal writing. Our team will work closely with your organization to thoroughly understand your program objectives and needs. We complete the details of a grant proposal — grant program designing; development of the proposal narrative; development of the budget; registrations; and submission of the proposal. 

Compliance Monitoring – Compliance monitoring is how our team assesses adherence to a company’s policies and procedures governing activities that pose compliance risk to the organization and help the organization effectively manage risks on an on-going basis. Compliance monitoring helps management to affect changes when an activity does not meet or is at risk of not meeting its intended results. Genesis understands this step is pivotal in process management. Unaddressed failures or other deficiencies not only weaken a process, they also can create unexpected liability if regulations or others determine the organization did not take reasonable measures to achieve compliance.
